The following Official Rules govern the “Walker Hayes & MacroAir Biggest Fan Giveaway"

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Sponsor; Final Decisions:

The Sponsor of the Giveaway is MacroAir Technologies, Inc., 794 S. Allen Street, San Bernardino, CA 92408, Email: marketing@macroairfans.com. In all matters relating to the Giveaway, the Sponsor's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

General Conditions:

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. The sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.

Eligibility:

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 (eighteen) years or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, MacroAir Technologies, Inc., and the Sponsor’s its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible.

Prizes:

The Prize Package includes:

• One (1) Yamaha FG800J Acoustic Guitar (natural finish), signed by Walker Hayes https://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/FG800J--yamaha-fg800j-acoustic-electric-guitar-natural

• One (1) Lincoln Street fan of winner's choosing, including standard configuration and components, with the winner’s choice of Graphite, White, Black, or Wood Grain, and in sixty-two inch (62") or seventy-two inch (72”) sizes https://macroairfans.com/pages/lincoln-street

The guitar is a collector’s item because of Walker Hayes’ signature. 

Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein. The Sponsor cannot guarantee that all models or styles of Lincoln Street Fans will be available, and the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may make substitutions of fan models or styles.

Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.

Entry Period:

The contest begins on 09/15/2025 and ends on 10/06/2025. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

How to Enter:

To enter through Instagram:

2. Locate either Giveaway Post on either account @macroairfans or @walkerhayes 

3. “Like” either of the two Giveaway Posts and tag three “Friends”

4. Click either of the Giveaway Post links to the Entry Form, complete the Entry Form in its entirety, and electronically submit the Entry Form.

Entrants must complete all portions of the Entry Form and electronically submit the completed Entry Form to be eligible to win.

To enter through Facebook:

1. Follow both MacroAir and Walker Hayes on Facebook

3. Click either of the Giveaway Post links to the Entry Form, complete the Entry Form in its entirety, and electronically submit the Entry Form.

Entrants must complete all portions of the Entry Form and electronically submit the completed Entry Form to be eligible to win.

The Sponsor’s Giveaway requires completed Entry Forms submitted via Instagram or Facebook. No other method of entry will be accepted. Entrants may submit Entry Forms via both platforms, but only one prize package will be awarded across all platforms.

No Affiliation with Meta, Instagram, or Facebook:

Instagram, Facebook, and their parent company, Meta, are not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition.

Winner Selection and Notification:

Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on 10/07/2025. The winner will be notified by email. The winner must provide the winner’s name, address, email address, and phone number to the Sponsor if requested, and this information will be shared as necessary to enable fulfillment of the Prize.

If the winner first drawn cannot be contacted, or fails to provide sufficient information for the Sponsor to ensure fulfillment of the prize package, within 15 days from the drawing, an alternate winner or winners will be selected in subsequent drawings until the prize package is distributed to a winner.

Privacy:

Information collected from entrants is subject to the sponsor's privacy policy.

No Liability for Failed Entries:

The Sponsor will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Sponsor takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.

Limited Liability:

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Sponsor’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question. The Sponsor shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the Sponsor and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.

Unforeseen Circumstances; Cancelation:

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Sponsor’s reasonable control, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.

Posting Winner Information:

The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of The Promoter after the winner has been selected.

Use of Information in Marketing:

All entrants agree that by entering they consent to have their information utilized by MacroAir in marketing efforts. This includes marketing emails which the entrant may opt out from at any time after entry.
